Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking six packages of sterile, flesh-colored, elastic adhesive bandages with central gauze pads, sized 1 inch by 3 inches and packaged 100 each per package. The requested National Stock Number is 6510-00-761-5062, and quoters must specify the source and part number being supplied. Listed approved sources include BSN Medical Inc. (part number 00231), Dynarex Corp. (part number 3602), Beiersdorf Inc. (part number 231), and Moore H L Co. Div. of Moore Medical (part number 04044); alternate offers require a complete data package for evaluation. The supplies must be commercially packaged in suitable sealed unit containers and shipping containers, marked in accordance with Medical Marking Standard No. 1, and delivered FOB destination. The solicitation states that the item is FDA-regulated and subject to applicable registration, listing, labeling, and good manufacturing practice requirements. Delivery is required five days after award, with destination inspection and acceptance.
