Description
The Mountain Lakes Board of Education is seeking competitive proposals for the position of Broker of Record for Employee Health Benefit Services. Specifications and proposal forms can be obtained by written request to Gregory Brennan, Interim Business Administrator, at the Mountain Lakes Board of Education, 96 Powerville Road, Suite 1, Mountain Lakes, New Jersey 07046, or via email at gbrennan@mlschools.org. All responses must be submitted in a sealed envelope and delivered to the Office of the School Business Administrator by June 25, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. The envelope must be clearly marked with the title 'Broker of Record Employee for Health Benefit Services' and the RFP number 'EUS/RFP 03-2627'. The Board of Education is not responsible for lost, undelivered, or late mail. Respondents must comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. The Board reserves the right to reject proposals and waive minor informalities.
