Description
The City of Eveleth is soliciting Statements of Qualification from individuals and/or firms to provide professional services related to medical insurance brokerage. The city's current medical insurance contract is set to expire on December 31, 2026. Interested parties are instructed to submit one signed original response by the deadline of July 3, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. Responses should be clearly marked as 'RFQ RESPONSE'.
