Description
The State of Tennessee, Department of Treasury, is seeking proposals for actuarial consulting services for the Advisory Council on Workers' Compensation (ACWC). The selected vendor will be responsible for evaluating the National Council on Compensation Insurance, Inc.'s (NCCI) annual filings related to advisory prospective loss costs and rating values for the Tennessee voluntary workers' compensation insurance market. This includes analyzing the underlying data, the appropriateness of NCCI's methodology for loss costs and loss adjustment expenses, and the selection of trend factors. The vendor will prepare a written report and present their findings to the ACWC. The contract period is for sixty months, starting August 25, 2026. The solicitation requires a technical response and a cost proposal, with a response deadline of July 9, 2026.
