Description
The contractor shall demolish, renovate, and/or repair each building identified in the statement of work and attachments. The scope includes hail-damage repairs to greenhouses, barns, livestock buildings, a Quonset hut, pole barns, and a technology storage building. The technology storage building work includes a metal building package, insulated doors, an enclosed breezeway, HVAC, electrical service, lighting, insulation, concrete modifications, and related installation. Greenhouse work includes structural, roofing, ventilation, glazing, lighting, and related repairs or replacement. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, trained personnel, demolition disposal, permits, safety compliance, quality control, and site cleanup. The opportunity is a total small-business set-aside for commercial and institutional building construction. The amendment extends the offer deadline to September 29, 2026, at 7:30 a.m. CDT; all other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
