Description
Central Public Schools is soliciting bids for E-Rate Category 2 internal connections equipment: 15 switches, 43 wireless access points, and 5 uninterruptible power supply/battery backup units. The requested equipment may be the specified Ubiquiti, CyberPower, or Eaton models, or compatible equivalents; the battery backups must be suitable for 1U rack installation. Bidders must separately price the equipment and installation/configuration, identify all ineligible costs, provide detailed item descriptions and applicable make/model information, identify the business name and SPIN, and include a valid FCC Registration Number. Bids are subject to E-Rate funding and school board approval, with price as the highest-weighted evaluation factor. Service providers must also present corresponding contracts with their bids and specify service-level agreements.
