Description
Alma School District is requesting Statements of Qualifications from licensed, insured, and qualified construction management firms. The selected provider will perform pre-construction planning, budgeting, scheduling, and construction-phase oversight for the remodel of the District’s bank building, estimated at approximately $60,000, as well as future district-wide capital improvement and facility projects. Respondents must demonstrate successful K-12 project delivery, regulatory compliance, organizational capacity, professional references, strong financial controls, and bonding capabilities. Evaluations will be based solely on written submissions; no interviews are planned. Multiple qualified firms may be presented to the Board of Directors, which will make the final selection and approve the recommended construction manager.
