Description
The City of Auburn is soliciting bids for gasoline and diesel fuel for 2027. Bidders must submit a current IRS Form W-9 and either a bid bond or cashier’s check equal to 5% of the bid. Bid bonds must identify the insurer and agent and include proof that both are licensed to do business in Indiana. Bids must be submitted on Form 96 Non-Collusion Affidavit in a sealed envelope, with the bidder’s name and the specified bid title marked on the outside. All supporting bid documents must be included in the envelope. The notice does not state fuel quantities, delivery requirements, or specifications; those specifications are on file at the Clerk-Treasurer’s Office for inspection.
