Description
Allen County Public Library seeks commercial wireless data service and associated equipment to provide Wi-Fi on its bookmobiles. The request covers five service lines, with unlimited or high-capacity data preferred, and equipment supporting 5G and 4G LTE with automatic fallback, gigabit-class cellular capability, Wi-Fi 5 or Wi-Fi 6, dual-band operation, and MIMO antennas. Include required cables, antennas, power supplies, setup, activation, and applicable software licenses; no installation is requested. Proposals must provide per-unit pricing, separate one-time equipment costs from monthly recurring service costs, and distinguish eligible from ineligible services by line item. The vendor must provide its E-Rate SPIN. The library may select one or multiple vendors and adjust quantities; multi-year proposals may be considered. Price is the primary evaluation factor, though the library reserves the right to select the best-qualified vendor. Equipment from companies deemed a national security risk under FCC Order 19-121 is prohibited.
