Description
The City seeks a supplier for CRS-2, CRS-2L, and CRS-1 liquid asphalt used in street repair, maintenance, and construction. Estimated annual quantities are 200,000 gallons of CRS-2, 75,000 gallons of CRS-2L, and 5,000 gallons of CRS-1; actual orders will be placed as needed and are not guaranteed. Bidders must provide unit pricing and support both delivery and pickup, including a pickup facility within the specified radius of Mecklenburg County. Deliveries are required within 48 hours of an order, and pricing must include transportation and related pumping, hose, and tank-drop charges.
