Description
The City seeks a configurable enterprise platform for communications and public engagement across its departments. Requested capabilities include newsletters and other multichannel communications, public information campaigns, project webpages, surveys and feedback, meetings and events, stakeholder and audience management, analytics, and support for multi-phase initiatives involving online and in-person participation. The solution should integrate with relevant City systems and support accessible, multilingual experiences. The vendor is expected to provide applicable software licensing, configuration, implementation, integrations, data migration, testing, training, onboarding, support, maintenance, and upgrades. The proposal must address the technical and functional requirements, implementation and migration approach, security, accessibility, product roadmap, and pricing for the full potential contract period. The anticipated term is three years, with two optional one-year renewals. The City requires in-person training at City facilities.
