Description
The San Antonio River Authority is soliciting proposals for a partial Sewer System Evaluation Study of its sanitary sewer collection system in four designated testing areas. The work includes project management, manhole 360-degree imaging, smoke testing of sanitary sewer mains 18 inches in diameter or smaller, public notifications, field data collection, defect classification, GIS integration, data analysis, and comprehensive reporting. The consultant must provide a secure web-based data management platform with GIS integration, dashboards, inspection-data review, project tracking, reporting, data export, and access for at least one year after project closeout. Deliverables include defect inventories, RDII prioritization lists and heat maps, GIS files and metadata, inspection records, smoke-testing documentation, draft and final reports, and project closeout data. Additional services may include detailed manhole inspections and dye testing. Respondents must demonstrate at least three Texas SSES programs completed within the past five years, provide three references, employ appropriately certified NASSCO personnel, and submit the required proposal forms, schedule, experience and resources information, certifications, and sample platform documentation.
