Description
The Interlocal Purchasing System, a department of Texas Region 8 Education Service Center, is soliciting vendors for uniforms, promotional attire, clothing accessories, and related rental or lease services under an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity cooperative contract. The resulting contracts will provide supplies and services through adoption or “piggyback” purchasing to participating public entities and qualifying nonprofit members nationwide during a fixed contract period. The solicitation replaces expiring TIPS Contract 231001 for uniforms and promotional attire, accessories, and services. Current holders of that contract must respond to prevent a lapse unless another current TIPS contract covers all of their uniform offerings. The response package includes completed pricing forms, a vendor agreement, a vendor agreement signature form, three customer reference letters, a required confidentiality claim form, and conditionally required conflict-of-interest and lobbying forms.
