Description
The U.S. Navy is soliciting quotes for tungsten electrodes, manufacturer part number 25873, supplied in packages of 25 electrodes. The electrodes must conform to the specified design, material, dimensions, mercury-exclusion requirements, packaging, inspection, quality-assurance, and marking requirements. The packaging label must use the nomenclature “ELECTRODE, TUNGSTEN.” The solicitation identifies Sanitz Enterprises, Inc. (CAGE 57AD8) as the manufacturer and requires compliance with the applicable ordering data and referenced packaging standards. A Certificate of Compliance under DI-MISC-81356 must be submitted with material delivery for each unique combination of contract or purchase-order number, National Stock Number, and item nomenclature.
