Description
The State of Utah, through the Division of Wildlife Resources, is seeking a contractor to upgrade existing fencing for habitat protection at South Canyon Spring in the Book Cliffs area. The work consists of welding two sucker-rod rungs to 300 existing drill-pipe posts. The contractor is responsible for providing the welding and torch equipment needed for the project. This is a lowest-cost Request for Quotes opportunity, and alternate or multiple quotes will not be accepted. Required online responses include confirmation that the vendor can meet the statement-of-work requirements, completion of the bid table, vendor certifications, and required business and compliance information. An explanatory document is required only if the vendor answers “Yes” to any of the specified debarment, conflict-of-interest, responsiveness, or Utah tax-lien questions.
