Description
Radnor Township is soliciting proposals from qualified engineering firms for subdivision and land development ordinance (SALDO) and grading permit review services for 2027 through 2029. The scope includes reviewing subdivision, land development, grading, stormwater, erosion and sedimentation control, traffic-impact, escrow, and related applications; preparing review letters, monthly activity reports, executive summaries, agendas, and meeting materials; tracking statutory deadlines; managing the SALDO process through recording of approved plans; and attending applicable Planning Commission, Board of Commissioners, applicant, and Subdivision Advisory Committee meetings. A Professional Engineer licensed in Pennsylvania and a PTOE-qualified traffic and transportation reviewer are required. Proposals must describe the firm's understanding, qualifications, relevant municipal experience, assigned personnel and resumes, hourly rates, references, sample SALDO and grading review letters, billing statement sample, and current Radnor Township projects or contracts. The selected consultant must provide specified workers' compensation, employer's liability, commercial general liability, automobile, umbrella, and professional liability insurance, with Radnor Township named as an additional insured. The anticipated service period is 2027 through 2029, with reviews generally due within 14 calendar days of application receipt.
