Description
Victoria Independent School District is soliciting bids for the construction of Mission Valley Elementary School, a bond project. The contract will be governed by AIA Document A201-2017 General Conditions of the Contract for Construction, as modified by the Owner. The project involves the construction of a new elementary school facility. The Contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for proper execution and completion of the Work. The contract includes requirements for performance and payment bonds, insurance, prevailing wages, criminal history records checks for covered employees, and compliance with Texas Education Code and Government Code provisions. The Owner reserves the right to terminate the contract for convenience or cause.
