Description
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, Spokane Mining Research Division, intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order on a sole-source basis for Bruker AXS LLC's DIFFRAC.TOPAS software. The software is used to quantify multiphase mineral powders through Rietveld refinement and advanced profile-fitting algorithms that model crystallographic and instrumental effects and separate overlapping diffraction peaks. The contractor must provide the executable file and all associated files, clear installation and usage instructions, XRD application training, and assurance that the software functions for the end user. Interested vendors may submit a written capability statement, product, capability, and pricing information for consideration; this is not a request for competitive quotations.
