Description
This is a Special Notice and Notice of Intent to issue a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) call for the acquisition of the "Upper Long Creek Heritage Survey" within the Malheur National Forest in John Day, Oregon. The USDA Forest Service (USFS) is requesting quotes under the existing Land Management Integrated Resources (LMIR) BPA 12363N23Q4023. The LMIR BPA is a national agreement that covers a wide range of services including Professional Services, Natural Resources Restoration, Engineering, Project Management, NEPA, and Communications. It is available for use by all Forests and Grasslands, as well as other federal agencies. This solicitation is specifically for current holders of the LMIR BPA, as it was awarded to multiple small businesses through a competitive process. Only these BPA holders will be considered for award.
