This solicitation is for manual brushing services across approximately 98.1 hectares in the Ireland, Kwikoit, Ross, White Lake, Echo, and Banting operating areas within the Okanagan-Columbia Business Area. The primary objective is to release conifers for free growth by removing deciduous species such as birch, cottonwood, and aspen. Additionally, herbaceous and woody shrub species like fireweed, thimbleberry, and alder are to be addressed to facilitate crop tree establishment. All brushing treatments must be completed by October 31, 2026, with herbaceous brushing specifically needing to be finished by August 15, 2026. The North Zone Field Team will oversee the work.
