Description
The Housing Authority of the City of Everett is requesting proposals from qualified Certified Public Accounting firms to provide annual financial statement auditing, tax-return preparation, and related HUD financial reporting services. The work covers EHA-affiliated Low-Income Housing Tax Credit entities, Section 202-8 properties, and nonprofit ownership entities. The anticipated contract includes a one-year initial term with four optional one-year extensions, subject to satisfactory performance, funding availability, and mutual agreement. Proposals must include one complete electronic copy in PDF format on a USB drive, enclosed in a sealed envelope; email and fax submissions will not be accepted.
