Description
This solicitation is for one antenna assembly (NSN 7G-5985-017309492) with a Technical Data Package (TDP) Version 001. The delivery terms are FOB Origin. The approved source of supply is ARGON ST INC (CAGE 09XP2). The manufacture or repair of this part requires specialized test and/or inspection facilities to ensure ultra-precision quality. The government intends to negotiate with only one source under FAR 6.302-1, but interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond. Proposals received within 45 days of publication will be considered. Information regarding military and federal specifications, Qualified Products Lists (QPLs), and Qualified Product Databases (QPDs) can be obtained from the DoD Single Stock Point (DODSSP) or through ASSIST-Online at http://quicksearch.dla.mil/. Documents not available for download can be ordered from DODSSP. The government is not using FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) for this solicitation, but interested parties may identify their interest and capability to satisfy the requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
