Description
The City of Key West is soliciting sealed bids for ITB 26-019, a CDBG-MIT-funded project involving the trenchless installation of utilities across Flemming Channel and Fleming Forcemain Relocation. The resulting work must comply with applicable HUD, CDBG-MIT, Section 3, and federal procurement requirements under 2 CFR Part 200. The notice encourages minority-owned, women-owned, veteran-owned, and Section 3 business concerns to submit responses.
