Description
Clark Public Utilities is soliciting bids for the purchase of LED Cobrahead Luminaires. Bidders must submit sealed bids by 11:00 AM Pacific Time on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, to the Purchasing Department at the Ed Fischer Operations Center Building, 8600 NE 117th Avenue, Vancouver, WA 98662. Bids received after this deadline will not be considered. Bidders also have the option to participate in the bid opening via a conference call. Detailed bid documents, plans, and specifications can be accessed and obtained by registering on the website https://clarkpud.procureware.com. A bid guaranty of at least five percent (5%) of the total bid amount is required in the form of a surety bond, cashier's check, or certified check.
