Description
Santa Rosa County is seeking an advertising agency, marketing consultancy, or public relations firm to support the County Economic Development Office. The scope includes annual and long-range marketing plans; brand messaging and communications toolkits; site-selector battle cards; public relations and media outreach; high-resolution print, video, digital, interactive, and trade-event collateral; targeted campaigns for aviation, aerospace and defense, advanced manufacturing, and transportation, logistics, and warehousing; website content and interactive site-selection enhancements; and campaign analytics, traffic tracking, and return-on-investment reporting. The selected firm must provide a detailed allocation of the $125,000 contract ceiling across strategy, communications design, sector collateral, event assets, and media placement, along with deliverable-based pricing, hourly rates, and treatment of pass-through production costs. The initial term is three years, with two optional one-year renewals. Proposals must address qualifications, methodology, local and regional knowledge, pricing, past performance and references, non-collusion, Florida business registration, insurance, and required County forms and confirmations. Electronic submissions must be searchable PDFs uploaded through the procurement portal.
