Gloucester County Improvement Authority seeks a qualified vendor to provide laboratory diagnostic and phlebotomy services for residents of Shady Lane Nursing Home. Services include blood draws on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and as needed; availability 24 hours a day, 365 days a year; and licensed or certified New Jersey phlebotomists present by 6:00 a.m. on designated laboratory days. The contractor must interface with the Sigma Care System for laboratory ordering and result posting, provide online reports continuously, and deliver stat results within two to four hours. The proposal must include a cost proposal covering any proposed retainer, services provided under the retainer, and hourly billing rates. Travel expenses and resident phlebotomy charges will not be reimbursed by the Authority.
