Description
The U.S. Department of Agriculture seeks one new ALMACO brand-name-or-equal floating row crop belt header to upgrade an ALMACO RX plot combine. The header must harvest two rows with 30-inch row spacing and include a Stucchi-style quick-attach hydraulic coupler system, snouts, floating front rotating discs, continuous-style row crop belts, jack stands, and forklift pockets. Equal products must meet the stated salient characteristics and include brand, make or model, descriptive literature, and any proposed modifications. The requirement is for a firm-fixed-price purchase with delivery within 60 days after award, FOB destination. Quotations must include the quoter’s SAM UEI, a company-letterhead quote describing the item and price, place of manufacture, all costs including shipping, and pricing for the complete line item. Quotes must remain valid for 90 days and be submitted as one PDF by email.
