Description
The Michigan Department of Corrections is soliciting a contractor to provide release-day transportation for clients from all MDOC facilities except the Marquette, Baraga, and Alger facilities. Transportation must be provided to approved destinations, such as approved housing locations or parole offices, as further described in the Statement of Work and facility-location appendix. The proposal must address the Statement of Work, vendor background and experience, pricing, and applicable contract requirements. Proposals will be evaluated on technical criteria and price, with proposals required to receive at least 80 technical points before pricing is evaluated. The State may also conduct interviews, reference or background checks, facility visits, oral presentations, and clarification or negotiation sessions.
