Description
This solicitation is for the demolition and disposal of an existing vault toilet building, handpump well, and associated campground items at Olympic National Forest. The scope of work includes removing the concrete foundation, in-ground vault, handpump, well, and its concrete foundation. Additionally, there are optional items for the removal and disposal of fire rings, picnic tables, signs, a fee tube, site markers, and a metal gate. Well decommissioning must comply with WAC 173-160-381, requiring a licensed well driller. Proper disposal and recycling of all debris are mandatory. The contractor assumes all risks associated with the work. This is a Firm-Fixed Price contract issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The NAICS code is 238910 (Site Preparation Contractors) with a small business size standard of $19.0 Million. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
