Description
The U.S. Army, through Army Contracting Command-New Jersey and on behalf of the 99th Readiness Division, is soliciting a contractor for Construction Project CSS 99142 - Flooring and Wall Upgrade (DE007). The work includes replacing existing flooring, painting, and installing protective window film and shades throughout Buildings 1 (Training Building) and 2 (OMS) at the Newark Armed Forces Reserve Center. The contractor will have 180 calendar days from the notice-to-proceed date to complete all tasks identified in the Specification of Work. The proposal due date has been extended to September 16, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time; all other solicitation terms remain unchanged.
