Description
The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to procure air monitoring equipment for its ambient air quality monitoring network. The equipment will be used to collect and quality-assure concentration data for pollutants including carbon monoxide (CO), ozone (O3), sulfur dioxide (SO2), nitrogen oxides (NO/NO2/NOx and NO/NOdiff/NOy), particulate matter less than 2.5 microns (PM2.5), and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) by EPA method TO-15A, as well as meteorological data. The contract will be for a two-year period, with the option for extension. The equipment must be capable of communicating with the existing Envidas Ultimate data acquisition system. Vendors may submit proposals for one or more equipment categories, and each category will be evaluated separately. The RFP includes detailed technical specifications for each type of equipment, including analyzers, calibrators, zero air generators, PM2.5 analyzers, VOC samplers, and meteorological sensor packages. The target delivery date for equipment is March 26, 2027.
