Description
Fayetteville Public Works Commission is soliciting bids for estimated quantities of tubular galvanized steel transmission poles in multiple configurations, including 75-foot and 80-foot poles with specified structural classes. The bid pricing form identifies an estimated total of 375 poles across quarterly delivery periods; quantities are estimates, and PWC does not guarantee a minimum or maximum purchase. Bidders must provide manufacturers, part numbers, lead times, unit prices, extended prices, and delivery costs on the provided pricing form. Equivalent products may be proposed if they meet the material specifications and compatibility requirements. The procurement is partially funded through the U.S. Department of Energy's Grid Resilience and Innovation Partnerships Program and includes federal Uniform Guidance, Build America, Buy America, Davis-Bacon, anti-lobbying, debarment, domestic sourcing, and related grant requirements. Required bid materials include the completed pricing form, specified federal and nondiscrimination certifications, BABA compliance documentation, an economic impact disclosure form, and manufacturer technical datasheets for each proposed item. Delivery is FOB destination, with orders placed as needed; the agreement may cover one-time purchases or an initial one-year release period that may be extended by one additional year by mutual written agreement.
