Description
P&C Construction is requesting subcontractor bids for Bid Package Two for the Molalla Fire District Station 81 Tenant Improvements and Station 82 Apparatus Bay project. The work includes interior renovations at Station 81, construction of a new apparatus bay adjacent to Station 82, and construction of a pre-engineered metal building fire storage structure. The pre-engineered metal building was procured under Bid Package One. The scope covers general requirements and conditions; existing-conditions abatement; concrete, foundations, slabs, masonry, metals, carpentry, casework, roofing, doors and windows, finishes, furnishings, plumbing, HVAC, electrical work excluding procurement of electrical switchgear, earthwork, paving, site concrete, fencing, site furnishings, and landscaping and irrigation. P&C intends to submit its own bids for rough carpentry, structural concrete, doors, frames and hardware installation, and miscellaneous specialty installation, but will evaluate its own bids alongside other bidders. Bidders must complete all solicitation forms, submit bids on the Procore bid form for each scope with a proposal attachment, demonstrate the ability and cost to furnish payment and performance bonds, be registered with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board at submission, and maintain required public-project licensing and bonding. The project is subject to Oregon prevailing-wage requirements.
