Description

The City of Tualatin intends to award a sole-source contract to ThreatLocker for subscription licensing and support for its cybersecurity platform. The platform must provide endpoint protection combining allowlisting, storage control, elevation control, and proprietary Ringfencing functionality. The proposed contract has an estimated value not to exceed $100,000 over a three-year term. The sole-source justification states that ThreatLocker is the only available solution combining the required capabilities and Ringfencing technology.
