Description
Brockton Public Schools is soliciting bids for pest control services for all of its school locations. The contract will be for a three-year term, from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2029. The contractor will be responsible for the extermination of various pests including mice, termites, bees, rats, roaches, ants, spiders, and silverfish. The scope of services includes regular monthly service to all specified school locations, as well as emergency extermination services within four hours of notification. The contractor must employ at least two Massachusetts Supervisory Licensed personnel with a minimum of five years of experience in pest extermination. All services must comply with relevant Massachusetts General Laws and pesticide control regulations. Bidders are required to inspect the premises prior to bidding and submit a certificate of approval from the Board of Health for chemicals and methods to be used.
