Description
The Oklahoma Military Department (OMD) is soliciting bids for routine and callback pest management services for its West Region facilities. The contract period will begin on August 1, 2026, or upon Notice to Proceed, and will conclude on June 30, 2027. There are no renewal options for this contract. The scope of services includes comprehensive pest management at various OMD locations, including the JFHQ complex, MURC, OKCMC complex, museums, readiness centers, and military complexes. Services will encompass routine pest control for common pests such as roaches, ants, spiders, mice, and rats, as well as specific treatments for brown recluse and black widow spiders. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, materials, equipment, labor, and supervision to fulfill the contract specifications. Integrated Pest Management (IPM) techniques are to be utilized, and all pesticide applications must comply with State of Oklahoma licensing and certification requirements.
