The U.S. Navy, specifically NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support, is soliciting offers for the repair and overhaul of a flight instrument, specifically a PROCESSOR, FLIGHT IN (NSN 016916033, P/N 698265-5). The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary facility, labor, materials, parts, and test equipment to return the items to a Ready for Issue (RFI) condition. The work includes disassembly, cleaning, inspection, repair or replacement of components, reassembly, and testing in accordance with approved repair manuals and specifications. The contractor must maintain a quality management system compliant with ISO 9001/AS9100, and all repairs must be performed at the contractor's facility. The required Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) is 90 days after receipt of the asset. The contract is covered under Basic Ordering Agreement N00383-24-G-B601. The solicitation includes various clauses related to quality, inspection, warranty, and Buy American requirements.
