Description
This Request for Information concerns the production and fielding support of up to 27 Ground/Air Task Oriented Radar (G/ATOR), or AN/TPS-80, systems capable of Identification Friend or Foe Mode 5/S with a Radar Signal Processor, along with operating spares. The systems must share the common hardware and operating-system software baseline of the currently produced configuration and satisfy the Government Performance Specification. The Government does not possess a comprehensive technical data package and has limited rights in technical data and restricted software rights for some aspects of the system. Respondents must describe their capabilities to manufacture and deliver the systems and spares, including production, engineering, integration and testing, logistics, and program-management support. Responses must also address delivery timeframe, relevant past performance, product and technical characteristics, spare-parts support, and advanced manufacturing techniques or processes planned over the next five years. This is market research only; it is not a solicitation for proposals and will not result in a contract award.
