Description
Florida Virtual School seeks one prime provider for major medical administrative services only (ASO) for its self-funded employee medical plan, serving employees, retirees, COBRA participants, and eligible dependents. The scope includes claims administration, network access and claims repricing, member and plan-sponsor support, implementation, reporting, and performance guarantees. The selected provider must also offer a dedicated wellness contact, a points-based wellness platform, and onsite or at-home biometric screening. Proposals must address the detailed medical and wellness questionnaire, network access and disruption analysis, claims repricing, fees, credits, and implementation approach. The solicitation requires a three-year initial term with two optional one-year renewals.
