Description
The City is seeking a contractor to replace a wastewater lift station. Work includes demolition of the existing station; wet-well and concrete repairs; installation of gravity sewer and force-main piping, manholes, pumps, a standby generator, fuel storage, odor control, HVAC, plumbing, instrumentation and controls, and electrical systems; and associated excavation, dewatering, bypass pumping, paving, drainage, fencing, and site restoration. The bid schedule also includes record drawings, closeout documentation, and an alternate for precast concrete manholes with a lining system.
