Description
The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority intends to purchase approximately $205,000 of proprietary Arconas Place seating replacement parts and attic stock for the existing seating system in Airside 3 at Orlando International Airport. Requested items include tablet arms, arm pads and covers, end caps, legs, hanger castings and brackets, glides, upholstered seat and back cushions, and related accessories. The cushions must match existing upholstery selections, including Ocean Grey, Teal, Regimental Blue, and Momentum Keeper CV Pool, with ADA embroidery required on certain back cushions. The notice is a single-source procurement rather than a competitive solicitation and identifies Arconas Inc. as the original and sole manufacturer capable of supplying compatible genuine replacement components. The attached quotation totals $204,805.02, including $3,000 in shipping; assembly and installation are excluded.
