Description
The City of Smithville is accepting sealed bids for the sale of an abandoned 1980 red International Scout II, VIN K0063KGD20060. The vehicle will be sold to the highest bidder on an “as is, where is” basis, with no warranties regarding mechanical condition, roadworthiness, or title status. The starting bid is $1,500. The vehicle may be inspected Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Smithville Crawford Municipal Airport. Successful bidders must pay in cash, cashier’s check, or money order within 48 hours of bid opening and remove the vehicle at their own expense within seven business days after payment.
