Description
The Village of Lancaster is soliciting itemized estimates for improvements at 50 Central Avenue. The scope includes replacing six front-facade windows with one-over-one aluminum-clad wood windows matching the original openings; replacing eight north-side vinyl windows in the existing size and configuration; replacing front and back stairway flooring with carpet; replacing banquet-room flooring with wood-look luxury vinyl tile; replacing banquet-room ceiling lights, which the owner will provide; and erecting a pergola kit on the north side of the building, secured to a concrete pad and set back from the front facade in accordance with State Historic Preservation Office conditions. Bidders may submit pricing for any or all scope elements using the provided cost-estimate forms. The proposal includes general conditions, a 10% contingency allowance, and a total price. The contractor must provide an itemized estimate and complete the supplied proposal and contractor cost-estimate forms.
