Miami-Dade County Parks & Recreation is procuring 15 acrylic recognition plaques for quarterly awards: five Employee of the Quarter plaques, five Supervisor of the Quarter plaques, and five Volunteer of the Quarter plaques. Each plaque must measure 4 by 6 inches, include an engraved Miami-Dade County logo, and have a gold base. Substitutions are not permitted; recipient names will be provided each quarter.
