Description
The Utah School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration is soliciting applications for the removal of ordinary sand and gravel from a parcel of land located in Township 37 South, Range 6 West SLB&M, Section 24: NE4NE4, Garfield County, Utah. This parcel contains approximately 40 acres. In addition to applications for sand and gravel removal, the Administration will also accept competing applications for the lease, purchase, or exchange of this property, or any portion thereof. Applications will be accepted from June 10, 2026, at 8:00 A.M. until July 8, 2026, at 5:00 P.M. If no competing applications for lease, purchase, or exchange are received, the Administration will evaluate the applications for sand and gravel removal and award the permit. The Trust Lands Administration reserves the right to reject any application or subsequent bids. For further information, please contact Mr. Andy Bedingfield at (801) 538-5158.
