Description
The West Virginia Purchasing Division, on behalf of the West Virginia Division of Transportation and the West Virginia Adjutant General's Office/West Virginia Army Reserve National Guard, is soliciting bids to establish an open-end contract for the supply and delivery of various sizes and types of stone, aggregate, cinders, and slag. Delivery is FOB to the agency's established locations throughout the state of West Virginia. The contract items include multiple classes of aggregate (Class 1, 2, 10), AASHTO sizes (#1, #3, #4, #467, #57, #67, #7, #8, #9, #10), modified abrasives, trail surface aggregate, fine aggregate, rip rap, shot rock, imbricated stone, and others. Materials must meet the West Virginia Division of Highways Standard Specifications and be sourced from approved quarries on the Commercial & Potential Skid Resistance Source list. The contract is for a one-year initial term with up to three one-year renewal options.
