Description
Mohawk Medbuy Corporation is seeking one or more proponents to provide dialysis aid and technical services for Scarborough Health Network’s Nephrology Department. The scope includes preparing, lining, priming, troubleshooting, cleaning, disinfecting, transporting, and organizing dialysis machines; preparing dialysis supplies; monitoring and maintaining water treatment systems; supporting acute and off-unit dialysis; ordering supplies; and providing dialysis aids across SHN hospital and satellite sites. Technical services must include comprehensive maintenance, repair, calibration, validation, compliance support, lifecycle management, and manufacturer-tool-based troubleshooting for in-facility and home hemodialysis equipment, including Vantive ARTIS systems, B. Braun Dialog IQ HDF machines, AK home hemodialysis machines, WRO systems, and continuous water purification systems. The successful proponent must also support patient-home assessments, infrastructure coordination, installation, removal, relocation, inventory management, remote technical assistance, and patient-facing education. The anticipated agreement term is five years, with two optional two-year extensions. Proposals must be submitted online through Euna Procurement.
