Description
The Memphis Housing Authority is requesting qualification submissions from firms capable of providing architectural, engineering, environmental testing, consulting, and environmental engineering services under solicitation CI 27-R-00781. A nonmandatory pre-submission conference is scheduled for September 14, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. CDT. Qualification submissions must be delivered in hard copy to the MHA Capital Improvements Department by October 1, 2026, at 4:00 P.M. Central Time. Plans and specifications are available for purchase at the contractor’s expense or as a digital set after registering for a free account.
