Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Kansas City District requires custodial services for Area One at the Stockton Lake Project Office. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, and materials required to perform the work. The complete performance work statement, including performance-based specifications, testing parameters, and safety requirements, will be provided directly to solicited vendors or to other interested vendors upon request. The acquisition will use simplified procedures for commercial services and is intended to result in a firm-fixed-price contract. It is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. No formal solicitation document will be posted; quotations will be solicited directly from suppliers. Prospective awardees must maintain active registration in the System for Award Management.
