Description
The Georgia Department of Natural Resources is conducting an RFQ to establish a contract with qualified suppliers for extruded trout feed. The opportunity is for goods, and the applicable NIGP classification is fish food, including live fish. Qualified suppliers are invited to submit electronic responses for evaluation and potential award. The agency will evaluate responses received by the closing date, resolve any contract exceptions, and publicly announce preliminary results, including participating suppliers and evaluation results. Final contract award announcements will follow the protest process. The existing requirements include approximately 84 tons of off-the-shelf, closed-formula commercial extruded trout feed in multiple pellet sizes, with delivery to Georgia trout hatcheries and other fisheries locations. The contract is structured as an initial one-year term with four one-year renewal options, not to exceed five years.
